NIETIEDT STRATEGISCHE KOMMUNIKATION
I was born in 1963 in the heart of the German “Ruhrgebiet” (the Ruhr area) and have laid down roots there, completing a degree in Economics and a PhD at the Ruhr University Bochum. My focus and dissertation for the professorship in Marketing was on the communicative aspects of “Science Marketing.”
From 1995 to 2008 I held various roles and management positions in the corporate communications department of a DAX company: press officer, spokesperson, head of internal communications and event management, and sponsoring. At the turn of the millennium the work became increasingly international. Most recently, I built up and solely managed a “Corporate Communications Center” shared services business. Today I am a self-employed communications consultant specializing in “Strategic Communication” as well as “shaping changes in organizations and thinking communicatively.”
